A perfume or fragrance from one of the Hollywood celebrities to have fallen from grace, like Britney Spears or Paris Hilton.

I'm totally down with the skank scents, I'm stilling loving Paris Hilton's perfume.

Don't get sent is usually used when someone is trying to get something from someone though is tricked in to doing or missing something.
