A portmanteau of “Fortnite” (as in the hit online video game by Epic Games) and “epic” (a word often used to describe things that are cool or awesome). The combined meaning is essentially just the elevated version of the word “epic,” because when relating any one thing to Fortnite it is ALWAYS better than it was without Fortnite. Fepic can be used in a non-Fortnite related sense as well.
