Noun: A women who is in their early 20s will appear with a fanny pack filled with the brim with fireball minis and will proceed to pass them out with a decent amount of people around. After everyone who was given a shot, and takes it with her, she will disappear in just a few moments time, until you are graciously greeted again someday.
The woman often appears during large events like concerts and etc.

I was with Josh Peck at the Yung Gravy and bbno$ concert when we were greeted by the much needed Fireball Fairy. What a night that was.
