Basically, a sex tornado is when you and your girl start kissing each other, one thing leads to another and you end up having amazing sex that you din't realise was going to happen. Then, some time later, you're both like "Whoa, what happened?! Did we just have sex?!". Typically, the bedroom is in a state of complete destruction with clothes, sheets and other debris littered everywhere. You only know what a sex tornado is after you have experienced it.

You: "Wow, was that a sex tornado, did i just get laid?"
Your partner: "Definitely, that was definitely a sex tornado!"
