Marehan

The Marehan is a Somali clan, which is perhaps the largest clan of the largest Somali clan family, the Darod. The Marehan mostly reside in Jubbaland and Galmudug state and enjoy huge political power across Somalia both in recent times and historically. They are a noble and fearsome people, not to be trifled with.
