A wally is a person that is extremely full of themselves for no reason at all and try their hardest to show everyone their self worth and cockyness. These people are the complete opposite of their alter ego. Usually are found at the bar , driving their car around with the windows down and girl sunglasses on. "thee wally" is the king of all wallys and usually has a entourage of wally followers
