When a man's genitals become dislodged from his undergarment either from size or a failure in elastic. The gonads go one way rubbing the penis that goes the other way and the under garment acts as a fulcrum resulting in discomfort

While working I felt uncomfortable from walking. I realized an adjustment was required to fix my johnson, I found myself scissor shafted.
