When one panics so hard in a Video Game(mainly in MOBAS or MMO's) to a point where they audibly smash their keys that are either on cooldown or not casted yet.

A back-pack or duffel, usually of rugged and lightweight construction, containing essential survival gear and rations. Usually, a panic bag is pre-packed and stored in a convenient location that is easily accessible.

In the event of major catastrophe, it is good to have a panic bag ready to go:

panic siege

A counterpart to a panic attack - instead of a brief assault on one's nerves, this is a constant, low-key wearing-down of one's mental health.
