Drug world expression for a drug user who gets a thrill from just feeling a needle go into the body - even if no drugs are involved.

Comes from the Pavlovian stimulus/rsponse theory that after repeated use, the feel of the needle, followed by the rush of the drug will soon no longer require the drug to get the rush.

She means "I want to whine, bitch, and nag about something you did, known and unknown to you!" It can also mean that she has nothing worth saying at all. Be prepared for a half-hour impromptu sermon on whatever she has on her mind (and that would me many random things).

It is especcially annoying when she uses the word "we", knowing damn well that SHE is the one who will be doing all the talking.

A person you know who you only see when they need something, be it a favor or help with something. These people will always call and start off with some beating around the bush idle bullshitting, and then they slip in the "oh by the way I need......". Everone knows at least one asshole like this, it is a burden we must all carry.

We really need to hang out

The saying for when you are talking to someone you haven't talked to in a really long time or haven't seen in a while and you don't know what else to say. Is normally followed by "Yeah we really need to." which is also followed by the action never happening.

Friend1: Yeah dude good hearing from you!
Friend2: Yeah man, we really need to hang out.
Friend1: Yeah we really need to!
