a condition in which the front tires of car lose traction while cornering, causing the vehicle to turn less than desired

basically, your car will go straight instead of turning

the risk of understeer can be decreased by

a) lowering corner entry speed
b) turning less/turning more smoothly
c) trail braking

understeer is more likely on ice

An RPG game made by Toby Fox, has the bullet-hell style but also has one of the worst communities people ever known, making so much hate to it. The storyline is fine though. The acronym is UT(UnderTale).

The state of taking out a loan to buy something, and that thing then losing enough value that it becomes worth less than what you owe on the loan. Common with new cars and also happens with homes.

My mom was underwater on her house for almost a decade after the housing market went tits up in '08.
