for swifting, you need a cookie sheet, and sea salt, and three candles (or a 3 layered candle) in the colors (top to bottom)black, brown, white. Encircle them with sea salt on a cookie sheet. Concentrating on your goal, light the dark one first and use it to light the brown one when it gets low, then do the same, brown to white. finally, use the white candle to burn a small piece of paper with your intended goal written on it. friendship to love, poor to rich, hate to friendship, etc.
