Any place where a slacker vibe is found. Usually where white boys between the ages of 15 and 25 with jeans hanging off their ass who haven't showered in 2 weeks congregate. Skate parks and low rent coffee shops are the most common venues.

A group of people that organise a group dinner, inviting people that don't drink, or drink very little. So they can drink themselves stupid at others expense. Usually the drink bill will double or treble the food. All to be split equally at bill time.

Went out for dinner with a group, had a burger and chips with a coke. Final bill, my share $80, think I got shajankers.
