A type of person who is funny when he/she feels like it, he/she may be nice but has a temper thats on 1000. Most likely annoying at times. And looks like a bum any other day but look stunning to any type of events. Probably hated by some. He/she can be petty or say mean things and not care, but thats only if you try he/she first.
