In prison and jail, when someone needs a light for cigarette or weed... we call it lucy. This is because the tip of a match or a lighted wick is red like the actress Lucille Ball from I Love Lucy... or we sometimes say, "Pass me a red headed bitch."
*speaking through the vent in prison* "Hey neighbor... I got some smoke down here, can you pass me a Lucy homie?"
