LaReal

When an individual shits or sharts their pants and is forced to reveal their awful mess when they eventually stand or when said stains eventually permeate their clothing. Often times standing or permeation propagates noisome fumes and provides imagery that is psychologically damaging to onlookers and is said to be "incapable of being unseen".

Laurence bent over and revealed a LaReal to the rest of the bus that could only be described as shockingly obscene.

That chick has some LaRealness going on in her pants.
