Basically a himbo, only not known for being nice and respectful. A big, hunky guy who generally doesn't come off as particularly bright, and who's generally not very personable either. One famous example is Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.

Literally "little beauty!" Just a diminutive way to say Hermosa in Spanish, which means beautiful. It refers to good looking woman. A "Hottie!"
