Ross Eyed Ghoul

A monster, beast type creature that lives in Eureka, Missouri in the woods by Rockwood Place Court. He'll usually come out of the woods hunched over and is as speedy as a bullet. He kills his victims and brings them back into the woods for his meal.

2. A state of being absolutely fucked up, to the point where you're incapable of operating in normal society.
