To show one's dis-interest with an air of superiority in an act either against one's person or any non direct event in one's life.

Coach; Billy that is your final warning, those pom poms are not meant to be used in that manner, they will have to be incinerated now before the cheerleaders require them, I have no choice; you're dropped from the team, you are no longer the star quarterback.....
