Someone who is so amazingly fucking retarded or stupid, it affects your ability to properly speak. Therefore your words run together, making it impossible to say both fucking+retarded, instead pronouncing fuktard. Someone who is at the apex of stupidity, with nothing greater to describe them.

Fukitz Disease

A highly contagious disease that commonly affects students between the ages of 16 and 30. Those who contract the disease experience an array of symptoms including:

- fatigue
- agitation
- apathy
- procrastination

Those suffering from Fukitz Disease may be wrongly called lazy, quitter, etc. These are in fact symptoms of their condition.

Treatment is limited and still being researched. Lectures from parents have minimal affect.

Condition improves with time off work or school - ie: summer break.

Chris did not study for his exam because he was suffering from a case of Fukitz Disease.
