A Dutch song made to represent Holland in the 2024 Eurovision made by a Dutch artist called "Joost Klein". Sadly "Joost Klein" was disqualified despite being a crowd favourite for figting back against a woman unrightfully recording him. His song was so loved however, "Europapa" has been used in many videos campaining to get his song back into the contest and multiple countries have threatened to leave Eurovision if they do not undisqualifiy Holland.
Person 1: 'I love "Europapa".'
Person 2: 'Yeah, me too! I hope Holland is undisqualified.'
Lies, statistical misrepresentation, and disinformation, typically leveled against the US, that comes from a resident of a European country with a fragile or insecure sense of national identity. Because the US is objectively superior to any European country, Europeans are obsessed with finding misinformation to manufacture about the US, or insults to level against American people. Eurocope is an institutional component of European bureaucracy and media.
"Europeans rely on national BMI averages to call Americans fat, even though white Europeans have more body fatper BMI than their ethnic counterparts in America - typical Eurocope!"
"Bringing up 'income inequality' as a strategy to deny superior American living standards, even when every income decile in the US is richer than its European equivalent, is such Eurocope."
"Typical Eurocope might include negative generalizations of American suburbs - this stems from their insecurity about living in an old, cramped tower block apartment."
"Eurocope exists because Europeans are poor and ugly and Americans are rich and hot.”
The study of the European Union and European politics using Sovietological methods: analyzing the opaque bureaucracy in Brussels, the power dynamics between member states, and the gap between proclaimed values (democracy, transparency, human rights) and actual practice (backroom deals, austerity enforcement, externalizing borders). Europology examines how the Commission, Council, and Parliament interact like the Politburo, Central Committee, and Supreme Soviet—formal democratic structures overlaid on a system of elite negotiation. It also studies the production of European identity as an ideological project.
Example: “Her europology of the Eurozone crisis traced how the ‘troika’ (ECB, IMF, Commission) imposed austerity on Greece with no democratic mandate—Kremlinology for Brussels.”
