A disease that causes bouts of crippling insecurity. You're so insecure because your peers laugh at you behind your back and you know it. This leads you to think that EVERYONE in the world is taking a shot at you when it's just people in your own specific profession, e.g. other comedians.

During the 1990's the disease became so debilitating that he soon was only capable of making sequels and movies for children. After a long battle with EMS in the early 2000's, he slowly began showing signs of recovery after having two life threatening breakouts in 2003 and again in 2007.
