One who acts crazy, funny, wacky, like one of the "Three Stooges" or pulls shenanigans Digitaly, whether it be on a game, YouTube, Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, Xbox Live, or anything else that is digital.

The act of being a Digitalstooge is called Digitalstoogery.

Dude 1: Dude this guy just said that he just threw a pie in my face on twitter.
Dude 2: Sounds like we got a Digitalstooge on the loose.
Dude 1: Yeah, his Digitalstoogery is getting a little out of hand.
