Crower

One who sits from a distance, continually commenting on what other people are talking about. Loves to hear the sound of his or her voice above all things, even though the words out of their mouths offer nothing of substance to the conversation. Has the annoying tendency of repeating the same thing over and over and over.

Man, could you believe that mother-fucking crower who just kept saying that dumb shit over and over?

I was about ready to punch that crower in the face until I realized he was my uncle.
