The act of complaining about how good something is, in a lighthearted way, where you aren't so much complaining as much as praising it. The complaint itself is a joke, but the underlying sentiment of appreciation is genuine. Can be seen as an outward form of the infamous humblebrag

Girl: Mr Robot is so good, it's ruined all other shows for me. Ugh. I'll never enjoy anything this much ever again.
