A situation where a person who is so extremely nice, that you know inwardly to be afraid of them. The sickeningly sweet volcano of instability and chaos.

My landlady threw a dresser drawer at me when I asked her to not knock on my door to wake me up.

"Dude, she is so nuts it is impossible to describe easily." "no way"

"yeah dude. she went full on Crazypants Chinatown."
