Ripping a hit from any smokeable device and not stopping until you hear the beeping of a heart rate monitor.

Had to mop the floors at work so I'm going to hit a bleeper off a cigarette

Blepped

Getting hit by a blue shell (spiny) in Mario Kart.

I was in 1st for the whole race and then I got blepped right before the finish line.
