A person who will not stop whining about how full of shit their life is, and refuses to cheer up even a little.

1) A person who truly enjoys angst and creating angst. Although they would never admit to actively searching for angst, they always seem to find plenty of it. relates to emo
2) A metaphorical monkey which brings angst to whose ever back it attaches itself to. From the phrase "he's got a monkey on his back." Rest assured that angst monkeys are much worse then normal back monkeys.

1) Ga! What happened to him now? ... What?! He is such an angst monkey!
2) The Angst Monkeys are coming for you!! Quickly throw them at emo kids!
