Venti is a slang term recently coined in Florida alluding to twenty inch rims on an automobile, a twenty sack of middle or high-grade marijuana, or a U.S. twenty dollar bill.

A favouritism towards the Genshin Impact character "Venti" also known as "Barbatos" and "Windborne bard" being a Venti simp means you love him with all your heart and will not hesitate to ask to be his husband/wife on spot if he were real. And of you are a Venti simp there is a 90% chance you scream his name/freak out everytime he appears in the story
