The condition in which an employee seems to be sick on a monthly basis and needs to go home early.

( i.e. Tim came into work today and started complaining of being sick. Obviously, Vaginitus has set in.)

Vagatitus

Vagatitus.....A disease of the mind, common to men in their thirty's. Symptoms include but are not limited to, living in their mothers basement, playing in a band that never seems to play anywhere, hitting on every girl they see, while driving a mini van, masturbating in front of a full length mirror while listening to "eye of the tiger" and thinking about Clubber Lang in boxer shorts, and forcing small woodland animals to have sex with them. This disease is incurable and the afflicted should be immediately euthanized.
