I’m from the east coast and lived in the San Fernando Valley for five years. I experienced some incompetent men seeking one night stands and politely denying them access. The response I received from these disease spreading men were to address me as a Valley Girl. Simply, it is a pathetic term people use when they are denied or jealous or enjoy negativity.
