Manual Transfart

Noun. The act of physically removing a fart from its source to another so as to put the blame on an innocent party or to make someone puke as in transporting the fart to their face. The vector for communication is usually by hand, though a jar can be used for preservation; i.e. if the targeted party is not within vicinity.

Manual Transfarts can be used to evoke infuriation, life-long resentment, and straight up convulsive laughter for the doer of the action.

a Peptidyl transferase is the primary enzymatic functional part of the ribosome, which forms peptide links between adjacent amino acids using tRNAs during the translation process of protein biosynthesis.

In Bacteria, the 50S (23S component) ribosome subunit contains the peptidyl transferase component and acts as a ribozyme.

In eukaryotic cells, the 60S (28S component) ribosome subunit contains the peptidyl transferase component and acts as the ribozyme.

Transferitis

A colloquial term describing when students who are just about to transfer cannot bring themselves to care about their current classes anymore. This apathy often occurs after they've already received a degree from their current college, but are stuck wrapping up general ed transfer credits.

It is really difficult for me to care what my level 100 history class wants to teach me when I'm a couple months away from transferring to a 4 year college. I think I have transferitis.
