The darkest tint you can have on a car's windows.
Most cars that have it are ridin dirty. So if you have it, cops will give you tickets to harass you.

Darkest tints availabe. Mean tints to put on any car, ridiculously dark, so dark you can't even see inside the window. 35% is average, then the lower percentage it goes, the darker it is.

ice man tint

Bullet proof windows.
This slang term was coined by Brown Magic, the self procclaimed King of Slang of the CC Hyphy Movement. It originated from the fact that armor plated or bullet proof windows fog up easily, giving them the appearance of having a thick "icy" tint.
