In the era of smartphones and showing-off on social media, to believe anything far-fetched, photographic proof is expected. The above phrase simply says that if one doesn't have proof, the claimed thing doesn't exist.

I'm not getting married. I'm not going to let you bully me into changing anything I think or do. This isn't a 1v1 that you are winning against me. Challenge declined.
