Adjective, combining the words sweet and sick. Means really sweet, and really sick (in a good way.) A positive thing.
Some random guy says, "Dude, that hat is swick!"
"Yes it is, thanks!" said the other guy.
or...
"Hey, let's see that movie. I heard it was swick!"
"Yes it is, thanks!" said the other guy.

A combination of the words sweet and sick. Occasionally used by mistake in a mid-word attempt to change word selection, but more commonly used as one of the swickest words known to man.
1. St. Stephen's Camp at the Diakonia Center in South Carolina is so swick.
