Belfast slang for talking about someone. If someone was to slabber about one another it would be just talking about them.

‘Did you hear that Cherelle was slabbering about Jacinta yesterday?’

‘Seriously?! I thought they were mates.’
‘Yeah, Cherelle the slabbering bitch, no one likes slabbers’
