Basically, when you are on the phone with a loved one and you have no way of getting to them, you phone spoon. You cuddle up next to your phone, put it on speaker, and spoon it. It's a very efficient way of expressing love for your girlfriend/boyfriend. You can talk and feel comfortable without being seen.
