Get the shmoo mug.A blob like architectural monstrosity forced upon an unsuspecting public. Typically the torturous revenge of artistically “form above function” inclined Architects exacted upon the inevitably “function before form” structural engineer of a project. Often can be found on exteriors of buildings increasing the risk of seismic collapse, or inside where they reduce clearance, increase clutter, or otherwise counter-intuitively change a space.
"Did you see what the architect has on the plan for the new building? It's this huge oval with holes out of drywall hanging from the ceiling. What a shmoo!

Get the Shmoo mug.A relative of the words shmoosh and shleesh. It is generally used as a word to express curiosity in a matter.
On it's own in a sentence the word is usually increased in pitch at the end, just like normally asking a question, see example 1 below. Shmoo may be added as a prefix, suffix or stem of a word. The word shmoo, when the pitch is raised on the "mo" of the word can also be used as a childish but friendly greeting or generally as a "cool" word.
Shmoo is rarely said in a bland manner as it is meant to express liveliness and fun.
