Sharty Shake

Sexual act where a male has anal intercourse with a female (or another male) and before he ejaculates, he pulls out and puts his erect penis with feces smothered all over it in the partners mouth. It is the combination of a shart and shawty. A shart is a type of bodily function where a human shits (defecation) and farts at the same time. It is an aggressive but somewhat relieving feeling for humans that are constipated. A shawty is a bad bitch. Therefore, a sharty is a bad bitch with serious tummy issues.
