Stress, anxiety caused by hanging out your family (similar to PTSD) Usually brought on around the holidays when you are forced to be around them resulting in chaos.

After the holidays, Rick suffers PTDFD. He just isn't himself, and looks drained and exhausted.

My family sucks. Every year I hang out with them and they cause me to have PTDFD.
