The opinion of a bro. Commonly used in a sarcastic sense, and often by girls who are seen as "one of the guys", but also used by other bros.

Girl: I'm never going to get a boyfriend.

I have a parapinion on complicated topics like taxes. Many people expect me to have a simple, single opinion. Instead, I can see the pros and cons of higher taxes (or lower taxes.) Or why we may need to change tax rates. It's not a matter of a single opinion.
