A term used by primarily by bitter, elderly men to describe the millenial/gen z generation. This term is used to imply that the parenting/adult leadership style of "giving everyone a medal" has resulted in younger people becoming too weak to handle stressful situations (or develop proper work ethic). Instead of believing that the younger generation has been taught to value themselves regardless of their labor potential, the elderly who use this word believe that young people should be compulsively loyal to their employers/superiors regardless of merit.

The Pussification of the Nation: When the kids of a hard core generation get so coddled by parents that want them to have an easier childhood don’t even have the balls to make threats face-to-face, man-to-man, like meet me out by the flagpole after school fist to fist kind of balls.

Today during routine pussificationnation training the Navy Seals got mighty tired after an entire day of surrendering drills. It’s important that our special forces properly know how to surrender and turn over their weapons and Lying face down so that nobody gets hurt or offended if our country is invaded. We also ensure that nobody in the squad goes to bed missing dinner, which could be bad for moral.
