A popular dance in the early 90s. In which you bend your arms, pairing your shoulders in a diagonal motion while bending at the knees pushing in an up and down movement. Add in some extra with popping of the back. Originated in Chicago and popular around the Midwest area. Song by Cajmere 1992.

Sometimes misspelled as "perculator".

A perkulator is like a perk master but more perky

Perk master: "wow ur such a perkulator "
Perkulator: " why thank you, lets thug shake"
