1. When used as a portmanteau in reference to GSN's TV show Playmania, it means "PLAymania retaRD".

2. Someone who gets on-air saying "I don't know," repeats a said answer, or gives an off-the-wall reply.

3. Someone who acts like an idiot, jokingly said to be from the state of Ohio.

All matter even a fart is made up of one of four substances, gas fart, solid poop, liquid fuice, or plasma plart. A plart is when you fart or drop a duece and the gas form of a turd known as fart is accompanied by a plasma goo, usually very warm.

Michael: a crap, I just farted and somethin' else came out with it.
