One who eats exclusively Organic foods, in order to minimize the risk of ingesting GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).

Tommy wanted to buy the potato chips that said "organic" on the bag, but after looking at the ingredients list, he saw that they were cooked in non-organic Canola Oil. Since Tommy was an Organitarian, he did not eat the chips.
