Nekophile

Someone (usually a weeaboo) who calls cats "neko(s)" and make everything they like into a cat. These are seen with AUs or fanart that depict a character as a cat.

These people are the cat ladies of weeaboos and if you say a single thing about cats, depending on you intention, they either:
1: Keep talking to you about cats, or
2: Keep saying that cats are the best, and every other animal is bad.

He's dressed up as a cat, carrying around cat food, and holds cats everywhere. He either is a nekophile, or is a furry.
