Cockney Rhyming slang used to illustrate a state of excessive use of weed, to feel as if you were mooncaked. An emotional frenzy induced by drugs.

Jeff: "What another bong hit?"

Mark: "Nah, bro I'm mooncaked!"

Jeff: "What?!"

Mark: "I'm baked... Chookity pok"
