A bi-annual tradition at Penn State University where the Sunday night before finals begin students will streak down mifflin road (between south and pollock halls). One can expect about 1000 observers to turn out, but only about a dozen streakers. After the streakers run through the columns of people, they have to dodge police or face criminal charges.
