A petty Italian chubby "meatball" someone who is always bouncing around either drunk or on drugs. Genuine thinks they can get anybody they want but truly can't. Smart but uses stupid. Sometime rude with exotic looks. That's very scary.

She's such a lascala I just can't get over it, come on kids don't talk to her.
