the reverse of liposuction.

a) Where you have such a skinny ass that you can't keep your pants on and you need to have fat pushed into your body.

b) what someone who is too skinny needs to have a normal body.

Jack: Look, you can see Hannah's crack when she is just standing there. She can't keep her pants around her waist.

Jill: Yeah, I know. If she got lipopushion they'd stay up.

This happens when a person,another animal and or when playing a computer game for whatever reason, slips(losses their footing) and falls on their face. The spectators then shout

LIPZ TO THE FLOOR!!!!!

then laugh.

Sam walks in a room

Sam slips and falls on his face

one or more people shout "LIPZ TO THE FLOOR!!!!"

ps: This comment may also be followed by: "That manz not SERIOUS!!!"

hey everyone...america invented something awesome! you see, first it was mc donalds so that everyone would love the food and the government would get a ton of tax from the consumers, but now, you can eat mcdonald's and not even worry about getting fat. well, you'll be paying tax ofcourse, but now fat can be sucked right out of any part of your body. that's right. and you'll look good, so the other shallow people will like you. good job.

hmm...i ate too much this week and i really dont feel like going on a healthy diet and getting excercise. Hey wait, why don't i just get liposuction?
