A mythical creature. A mischevious hybrid between a pixie and a gremlin. They live under railroad tracks and steel people's drugs. A common action to ward off these pests is to place one's pinkie on the glass of the window or windshield while driving by.

"I missed those tracks dude, better hope those Ishkabibbles don't steel my weed."
